1. Access "CompanyHotel Setup":

   • Navigate to the "CompanyHotel Setup" module to create or managewithin the company.system.

2. Add New Company:Hotel:

   • Click on "Add New Company"Hotel" to initiate the hotel setup process.

3. BasicHotel Information:Details:

   • Fill in the essential details for the clinic.new hotel.
     • CompanyHotel Name: Provide a unique name for the company.hotel.
     • Address:Address, Enter the physical address of the company.
   • City, State, and Postal Code: Input the physical location details.
4. Operating Hours:
5. Specify the locationstart details.and end time of the hotel's operational day.

Activation Options:

Choose the activation status for the company.

Active: The company is currently operational. Inactive: Temporarily deactivate the company.

Save Basic Details:

Click "Save" to confirm the basic information set up.

Add Contact Information:

• Navigate toIn the "Contact Information"Info" section tosection, provide additionalessential details.contact details for the hotel.
  • Email: Enter the companyhotel's contactemail email.address.
  • Phone:Phone Number: ProvideInput athe contacthotel's phone number.

Save ContactHotel Details:

• Click "Save" to confirm the contactdetails informationof setup.the new hotel.

ViewEdit andExisting Manage Company:Hotels:

• Access the list of companiesexisting hotels with options to edit or deactivate.delete.

Edit CompanyHotel Details:

• Click on the edit button to modify companyhotel information.

DeactivateDelete Company:Hotel:

• Temporarily deactivateRemove a companyhotel whenif it is no longer needed.

Reactivation:

Easily reactivate a deactivated company.
